How do I place an order?
To find a product you wish to buy you can either search by description or by product code using the search facility located in the top right-hand corner of the page. Alternatively if you see an area of interest use the categories displayed down the right-hand side of the site. This will guide you to a product listing and when you click on a product this will take you to the product page. From the product page, you can add the product to your basket.

Please select the desired payment option and proceed to the next page where you will enter the card details. Based on the type of card you are using for payment, you may then be asked to enter further details to enhance the security of the transaction. This request of information comes direct from your card issuer and relates to a password that identifies you as the authorized user of the card. If you do not have a password set up you can do so online during the transaction.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud and us. Internet Fraud is Illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.
How do I activate my card?
Many customers register their payment authentication with their card issuer. However, if you have not registered your card, you can register during the transaction. You should enter your card details and set a password in the secure window. Once you have registered your card, when you shop online in the future you will only have to enter your password.
Who do I contact for further information?
Customers should have received information about the payment authentication process from their card issuers. If you require more detailed information or encounter a problem with the authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly. Unfortunately, we have no control over the payment authentication process so we will be unable to assist with any authentication inquiries.
What is payment authentication?
Payment authentication or 3D secure are fraud prevention initiatives launched by card issuers. Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) work in the same way. The authentication works by using passwords, which are set up by you to protect you when you shop online.
How do I apply a discount code?
You can add discounts to your order by adding voucher codes in the Shipping Confirmation page. Once the voucher code is added, the discount value will be shown against the relevant products. The voucher codes are usually offers sent to the customers who have subscribed to our newsletter emails.
Delivery - Will I get confirmation of my order?
Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, how much it cost and delivery options. At this time, you will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records.

Refunds & Returns
We operate a no hassle no quibble returns policy. Just like in our shop if you don't like or it does not fit just sent it back. (Sorry we cannot take back sale or clearance items) If you wish to return an item please contact us and send the goods back.

Goods for refund or exchange Goods must be returned within 21 days Goods must be accompanied by original receipt-Goods must be in their original packaging Goods must not be used. Postage costs are not covered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. Exchanges will be charged postage as follows, €15.00 for bikes and large boxes €10.00 standard packages. We will refund to your credit card with the full amount less the original cost of postage (to us). Refunds will be credited to your credit card or a cheque will be posted. For refunds, we will require your credit card number and expiry date. If you are in a hurry for an exchange, simply re-order the item you want and we will refund you when we receive the return.
At the Moment that we deliver the Products if you are not satisfied we will return the money back to your account once we receive the items Back to our return department and verify the inconvenience with the item/items, if proceed with the failure on the manufacturer we will get in touch with you regarding this issue offering a complete refund or a new item without new charges, any of this options will take place in the next five (7) working days
Faulty Goods. All goods sold by us are covered by a 12-month warranty. This covers manufacturers defects but does not cover damage by crashing, abuse, or general wear and tear. If you think your goods are faulty please contact us before you return the goods. Frames have different warranty policies for different types of frames please call us or check manufacturers website. If an item has a defect, which does not appear within the first 30 days, please email customer service for a return authorization. We do reserve the right to turn down a return if the item appears damaged due to misuse. Some manufacturers require items be sent directly to them for repairs (wheels, wetsuits, etc.), so please contact our Customer Service Department Faulty goods should be clean. Where goods wrongly delivered, or damaged in transit If we send the wrong goods by mistake, or the goods arrive damaged we will be happy to refund the standard cost of posting the goods back to us.
